All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden. For customers within Europe, VAT is already included in the price. For those shopping outside of Europe, VAT is not included. Please note, if you’re ordering from outside Europe, customs clearance is required, and additional import fees or taxes may apply upon delivery. Unfortunately, these charges are beyond our control and cannot be predicted by NONDÉ.

Shipping processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. If we experience a high volume of orders, deliveries may be delayed. If there will be a significant delay in the delivery of your order, we will contact you via email.
Damaged or lost items during shipping
In the event of any damages or lost items during shipping, NONDÉ takes responsibility. If you have received a damaged order, kindly contact us here. We will respond as quickly as possible with an appropriate solution. To facilitate the process, please retain all packaging materials and the damaged goods before making any claims.
