Who is responsible for the personal data we collect?
NONDÉ is the data controller for the personal data you provide to us through purchases and other contact with us and is responsible for processing them. NONDÉ is subsidiary brand of Zonelva AB, org. no. 559175-9567, Stockholm – Sweden.
Where is your personal data stored?
We aim to process your personal data within the European Economic Area (EEA) as much as possible and on our own IT systems, but it may also be transferred and processed in a country outside the EEA (known as a “third country”). Such transfers will only be made to recipients with an adequate level of protection and in accordance with applicable legislation. If a transfer occurs to a partner for a service in the USA, this will only be to companies covered by the so-called “Privacy Shield,” which is an agreement on the protection of personal data between the EU and the USA.
What types of personal data do we collect?
We collect personal data that you send to us when you make orders on our website, sign up for our newsletter, or participate in any competitions. The personal data you send to us may include contact information, birth date, and payment information. Thereafter, your personal data is deleted.
What are your rights?
You have the right to request information about the personal data we have about you at any time. If your data is incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant, you can request to have it corrected or deleted. We cannot delete your data where there is a legal requirement for storage, such as accounting rules, or when there are other legitimate reasons why the data must be kept, such as unpaid invoices. You can revoke your consent for us to use the data for marketing purposes at any time by unsubscribing from our newsletter. You can also contact us by sending a letter, email, or calling. Who might we share your personal data with?
When you place an order in the store with the selected payment provider as the chosen payment method, information about your order (name, price, quantity, SKU) is sent to the payment provider. When the purchase is completed, the payment provider sends the delivery and billing address back to the store. These data, along with a unique ID for the purchase, are then saved as delivery and billing data in the order in WooCommerce.
We never forward, sell, or exchange your personal data for marketing purposes to third parties.
How do we protect your personal data?
To ensure that your personal data sent to our website is not read by unauthorized persons, all such information is encrypted and sent via a secure connection.
