Returns

Return Policy

When you purchase items from nonde.co, you always have a 14-day right of return according to the law. This means that if you change your mind about your purchase, you can notify nonde.co within 14 days from the date you received what you ordered.

For a return to be accepted, all items must be returned undamaged and unused, complete with their original packaging like the box, case, pouch, and cloth. Sunglasses should be handled with care during fitting; any indication of wear will void the refund eligibility.

Please be aware that return shipping costs, which vary based on the size of the package, are the responsibility of the customer. These costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

How to make a return

  1. To initiate a return, please send us a message through our form here and include your order number.
  2. For return requests, we will send a link to your provided email address with detailed instructions for handling the return. Please note that the return cost is borne by you as the customer. More information on this is available in our Terms & Conditions.
  3. After receiving and inspecting the item in our warehouse, provided that it is deemed unused, we will process a refund for the returned item. The return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
  4. Please ensure that the item is returned with the invoice or packing slip. As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is not damaged during the return transport to us. If you still have the original transport packaging used when the item was delivered, we recommend using it for the return transport as well. If this packaging is missing, please consider that the item may be at risk of damage during transport. For additional protection, use additional packaging with shock-absorbing materials between the item and the outer packaging. Please avoid attaching address labels directly to the item’s packaging; instead, place the original box inside another box.

Exchanges

To exchange please return your item and follow up with a new purchase for your preferred item after the return is completed.

Refund

NONDÉ will refund the amount as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days from the date we received notice that you are exercising your right of return. However, the refund may be delayed until we have received the returned item. The refund will be made via the original payment method you chose. For example, if you used a debit card to pay for your order, the amount will be refunded to the same card.

Please note that we have the right to deduct an amount from the refund corresponding to any decrease in the value of the product, if it has been used or damaged compared to its original condition.

Damaged or Lost Products During Shipping

In the event of any damages or lost items during shipping, NONDÉ takes responsibility. If you have received a damaged order, kindly contact us here. We will respond as quickly as possible with an appropriate solution. To facilitate the process, please retain all packaging materials and the damaged goods before making any claims.
