TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. About NONDÉ

The company is based in Stockholm, Sweden and registered with Zonelva AB, 559175-9567.

If you wish to contact us, send an email to info@nonde.co with your inquiry and contact details, and we will get back to you shortly.

2. Orders

When you complete your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation will contain all details about the items, price, billing, and delivery address. If there is any error in the order confirmation, you should immediately contact us via email at support@nonde.co.

3. Delivery

Our normal delivery times are 2-5 days within Sweden. NOTE! Orders placed on weekends will be shipped no earlier than the following Monday. If there are delays in the delivery (without us having informed you of a longer delivery time), you should contact us via email at support@nonde.co.

4. Prices

We reserve the right to change prices due to price changes from suppliers, printing errors in the price list, and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information, and we reserve the right to adjust the price.

5. Return policy

When you purchase items from nonde.co, you always have a 14-day right of return according to the law. This means that if you change your mind about your purchase, you can notify nonde.co within 14 days from the date you received what you ordered.

5.1 When using your right of return

You must notify us that you regret your purchase. The message should be sent to info@nonde.co or through our form here. In your message, your name, address, email address, order number, and which items the return applies to must be clearly stated. You should return the items to us immediately and no later than within the statutory 14 days from the return notice. You are responsible for the return shipping, delivery, and condition of the products upon return; therefore, the items should be sent well-packaged and in their original packaging.

We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation of the item compared to its original value in the case of a used or damaged item.

5.2 The right of return does not apply to:

Items that have been sealed (plombed) due to health or hygiene reasons and where the seal (plomb) has been broken by you. Items that are of the nature of sealed audio or video recordings and where the seal has been broken by you. Custom-made items, which have been tailored specifically for you or have a clear personal touch according to your wishes. Services that have been completed and where you have expressly consented to the service starting without a right of withdrawal. Goods that may deteriorate rapidly, such as food items. 6. Complaints

We check all items before they are sent to you. Should the item still be damaged or incorrectly dispatched when it arrives, we undertake, in accordance with current consumer protection legislation, to rectify the error free of charge. You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item. The complaint should be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered.

6.1 How to proceed with a complaint

Any defects and errors should always be reported to info@nonde.co, stating your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the error. If we fail to rectify the error or deliver a similar item, we will refund you for the defective item in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. We cover return shipping for approved complaints. We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the item is not defective in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. 7. Limitation of Liability

We take no responsibility for indirect damage that may occur due to the item. We accept no liability for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company’s control (Force Majeure). These circumstances could be, for example, labor conflict, fire, war, government decision, reduced or non-delivery from the supplier. Furthermore, no responsibility is accepted for any changes to items/item characteristics that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.

8. Product Information

We reserve the right for any typographical errors on this website as well as final sales of items. We do not guarantee that the images represent the exact appearance of the items, as a certain color difference may occur depending on the screen, photo quality, and resolution. We always try to expose the items as accurately as possible.

9. Information about Cookies

According to the Electronic Information Act, visitors to a website must be informed about the use of cookies for privacy purposes. The information in the cookie can be used to follow a user’s browsing. A cookie is a small text file that the website you visit requests to save on your computer to provide access to various functions. You can set your browser to automatically refuse cookies. 10. Personal Data

By shopping at NONDÉ, you accept our data protection policy and our processing of your personal data. We care about your personal integrity and do not collect more information than necessary to process your order.

We never sell or pass on your data to third parties without legal basis.

NONDÉ is responsible for the processing of personal data that you have provided to us as a customer. Your personal data is processed by us to manage your order and in cases where you have requested newsletters or promotional offers – to be able to tailor the marketing to your individual needs. Below is a summary of how we, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), store and process your data.

10.1 What is personal data?

Personal data is all information that can be directly or indirectly attributed to a physical person.

10.2 What data do we store?

To handle your order and respond to questions related to your order (customer service), we store your first and last name, address, phone number, email address, IP address, and purchase history.
Your data is stored as long as we have a legal basis to process your data, such as to fulfill the agreement between us or to comply with a legal obligation, for example, according to the Accounting Act.

10.3 Legal basis

In connection with a purchase, your personal data is processed to fulfill the agreement with you. Marketing, promotions, and similar mailings occur only with your consent.

10.4 What information is shared and for what purpose?

10.4.1 Payment providers

Depending on your shipping country, you may use various payment methods including  Visa, Mastercard, Klarna, Swish, Apple Pay, Google Pay etc. The payment providers handles all banking transactions, ensuring that NONDÉ does not store any credit card numbers.

When making purchases, information is shared with our payment provider. The information stored includes first name, last name, address, email address, and phone number.

If you choose to pay by invoice, the personal identification number is also saved with the payment provider. The information is stored to complete the purchase and to protect the parties against fraud.

10.4.2 Shipping companies

To deliver your orders and complete our agreement, specific information is shared with the shipping company. The information shared with the shipping company includes first name, last name, and address details for delivery. Email address and/or mobile number may also be shared with the shipping company for notification.

10.4.3 Newsletters

If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter, your first name, last name, and email address are shared with our newsletter provider. This is to keep you updated with information and offers for marketing purposes. We use Brevo for sending newsletters.

10.5 Right of Access

You have the right to receive an extract of all information that is about you with us. The extract is delivered electronically in a readable format.

10.6 Right to Rectification

You have the right to ask us to update incorrect information or complete information that is incomplete.

10.7 Right to be Forgotten

You can at any time request that the data about you be deleted. There are few exceptions to the right to deletion, such as if it must be retained for us to fulfill a legal obligation (for example, according to the Accounting Act).

10.8 Data Protection Officer

NONDÉ is responsible for storing and processing personal data in the online store and ensures that the rules are followed.

10.9 How we protect your personal data

We use industry standards such as SSL/TLS and one-way hash algorithms to store, process, and communicate sensitive information such as personal data and passwords securely.

11. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to the terms at any time. Changes to the terms will be published online on the website. The amended terms are considered accepted in connection with orders or visits to the website.

12. Dispute and Choice of Law

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with the company’s customer service and the customer, you as a customer can turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes, see arn.se. For residents in another EU country than Sweden, complaints can be submitted online via the EU Commission’s dispute mediation platform, see http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
In the event of a dispute, we follow decisions from ARN or equivalent dispute resolution bodies.
Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these general terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law and legislation.
